We start with a comprehensive initial consult to explore your nutrition habits, training, health history, and what you’re aiming to achieve. From there, we build a realistic plan—whether you're chasing performance goals, managing a health condition, or simply want to feel good in your body.
Ongoing consults and check-ins provide structure, accountability, and the chance to adjust your plan as life or goals change. This might include refining macros, adapting fuelling strategies, or navigating challenges together.
While nutrition and fitness are key, real progress is shaped by more than food. Stress, family, work, hormones, mindset, and your relationship with eating all matter. That’s why this process is grounded in trust and support—to help you succeed in a way that fits real life.

I strongly advocate for my clients to understand nutrition, as it's key to sustaining long-term goals & developing stronger athletes. This is a core part of my service. So, if you have a specific focus, such as learning to track macros, we can certainly tailor our sessions to this.Â

Meal plan based on preferred foods
We’ll create a personalised plan based on the foods you enjoy, your training, and your goals. One week is included in the initial consult, with additional weeks available as needed.
Macronutrient set up & blood work
Based on your athletic goals, I’ll set macronutrient targets and adjust them as needed. A diet assessment is included to support better food choices, and if required, a review of your blood work for a holistic approach.
