Hi, I’m Jodi! I can’t wait to help you achieve your health and athletic goals.
After years of struggling with weight changes and PTSD, I discovered the power of nutrition to transform my life. Since 2018, I’ve been helping others do the same by guiding them toward their health and athletic goals with simple, effective nutrition strategies.
I hold a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition from Latrobe University and a Master’s in Dietetics from the University of Wollongong.
I have completed the Sports Dietitian Course through Sports Dietitians Australia and am also a Certified Fitness Coach, allowing me to take a holistic approach to nutrition that considers movement, lifestyle, and performance — not just for athletes, but for everyday health and wellbeing.
My mission is clear: to help you fuel your body, achieve your goals, and thrive.
