I’ve been weightlifting for years and love everything about strength training, but my true passion lies in Olympic Weightlifting—a sport that continually challenges and inspires me. This love for lifting has led me to specialise in sports and performance nutrition, supporting athletes of all levels with strategies to fuel training, optimise body composition, and enhance recovery.
While strength sports are my niche, I also work with clients across a range of goals and health conditions. I support active adults and adolescents (12+) with tailored nutrition plans for muscle gain, fat loss, pre/post-weight loss surgery, and managing conditions such as menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, IBS, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

I went through early menopause myself, and it was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. At its worst, I knew I had to take action. Using my knowledge of the human body, science, training, and nutrition, I found effective ways to manage this stage while maintaining high levels of training. I’ve learned how to reduce my symptoms and work with these changes—proving that it’s possible to thrive when you know how to support your body.
Menopause is a huge change, and sadly, there’s a lot of misinformation, poor treatment options, and emotional marketing targeting women during this stressful and often debilitating time.
